Things are tapering off some as we move into the last weeks of the first 20 week plan. (The first 20 week plan that is about half of what the final 20 week plan will be!) The taper timed out perfectly for the Sprint Triathlon that I’ll do in TX on April 17. I’ll be over trained for a Sprint, but that’s just fine with me!
