This was a BIG week in the pool!! And...on the bike! Sunday - Swim session. 36 minutes, all bilateral. Wore my new swim cap. That helps a little! I’m so tired… 10 weeks in

It was a busy work week for me. I was facilitating something and sometimes multiple things every day this week. Add in 3 swim sessions (which tire me out) and other workouts and I was completely bushed by Friday and WAY tired (can you say 3 hour nap??!) by Saturday.
