This week was a sort of test! I had a full week of travel. Work trip then personal trip to Nashville. Week 16 – Overwhelmed! Had to tell myself, “Choose your attitude!”
Making it work in the heat and humidity of New Orleans! Sunday - When I called ahead, the JW Marriott in New Orleans told me they had a lap pool…Umm, no you don’t! So I’m shifting the swim sessions out and the running sessions up! So, now we're doing a 60-minute run! The fitness center was so hot the day before, I didn’t want to go back there. Overwhelmed!
I’m on a trip in which I haven’t had a good swim option (the hotel told me they had an outdoor lap pool. Uhmmm, no you don't!) So I’ve pushed out 2 swim workouts and pulled up 2 runs. (Running in the New Orleans heat and humidity.) I have three more trips in the next 2 weeks. A business partner just asked me to attend a 3-day train-the-trainer session in California in July.
