I’m so tired… 10 weeks in
It was a busy work week for me. I was facilitating something and sometimes multiple things every day this week. Add in 3 swim sessions (which tire me out) and other workouts and I was completely bushed by Friday and WAY tired (can you say 3 hour nap??!) by Saturday. I'm late with my Month 2 assessment! I'm 2 weeks into the next month and just getting this delineated. Week 9 & thinking about a streak
So this week I've had a quite a few people ask me how training is going. I've replied, "If you could glimpse inside my head, you'd think I was training for a 2.4 mile swim event! Nothing more!"
