I'm proud I got myself outdoors for 2 bike rides this week. There is still a lot for me to learn and improve with my bike handling skills! And, I finished up the rides without mishap! Week 29 – fitting it in, making it work
The schedule wasn't quite just flowing into place this week. I had to do some back-and-forth and sessions alone in the cycling room to work it all out! Sunday - Off. This was good for my ankles and shins to have a day off. I was feeling some soreness and twinges from all the cycling the week before. Week 30, BIG cycling week!
2 weeks ago was a heavy swim week, last week was a heavy run week, and this week was a heavy cycling week! The big week of cycling seemed to go pretty well.
