Week 31…getting some rhythm

I got into a good rhythm this week. (Starting out with a brand new perspective on swimming probably helped! Thank you Total Immersion!!) Week 32, a swim-heavy week

Week 33… derailed by sick AGAIN!

Week 33. Sunday through Tuesday went off without a hitch. Then, I got the sniffles and it degraded into a nasty pressure headache. Ugh! Week 34 – working to evolve my relationship with the Swim

4 swim sessions this week. Whew, was getting a little tired of the pool. I was feeling very little motivation to go through the full drill set that my instructor had laid out for me.
