The schedule wasn't quite just flowing into place this week. I had to do some back-and-forth and sessions alone in the cycling room to work it all out! Sunday - Off. So I've got myself set up for 4 PR (personal records) this year! Since I'm doing 4 new events... :-) (Photo is my first duathlon finish! Week 30, BIG cycling week!
2 weeks ago was a heavy swim week, last week was a heavy run week, and this week was a heavy cycling week! The big week of cycling seemed to go pretty well.
