Desperately needed to prioritize some time with the kids. My time with McKenzie involved pedicures. Sunday - Racine Ironman 70.3 cut short. Stupid weather. Morning of waiting, being disappointed, mentally readjusting, standing around, going to my car to wait out the storms, started at 10:30am. 31-mile bike ride – I hammered it.
