Week 22 – headaches

After feeling drained emotionally last week, this week I experienced physical symptoms. Headaches every day through Wednesday.  Had to take 2 migraine pills in that time.  My husband was out of town, so I just immediately took the pills when I felt a migraine coming on. Chicago Tri Club meeting is SO valuable once again
