It's week 3 and we're looking to hold steady. Given 2.5 days of travel this week and 2 full days of facilitation, it's going to be more challenging to get in the cycling. Here we go... Week 2 I wanted to jump in the pool 3 times this week. It was a panic-induced desire based on how badly last Wednesday's short time in the pool went.
